Grace Ministry Training Center Curriculum

This is the curriculum used in the Asian Ministry Training Program of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. The curriculum is divided into 4 levels.

The first level is intended to provide a basic overview and introduction to the entire Bible and its teachings. There are also practical courses in worship, family life, leadership, and evangelism. When a student has completed the first level of courses, he or she is equipped to serve as an elder, deacon, or evangelist for the congregation.

The second level provides more depth in the study of the Bible’s teachings, and some practical training for counseling and teaching. When a student has completed this level of study, he or she is prepared to serve as a teacher or assistant to the pastor in the congregation.

Levels 3 and 4 are especially designed for training pastors. There is intensive study of the original languages of the Bible—Greek and Hebrew.

Many of the courses in this curriculum are open to anyone who would like to study. Several of these courses are in progress at Mt. Olive Chinese Church.
